For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Business Support Officer
Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for ensuring your leadership team members focus on the most important and strategic tasks and priorities;
Ensuring key current or urgent issues are highlighted at the earliest opportunity;
Drafting replies, letters, briefs, papers and communications;
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls with people from both inside and outside the organisation ensuring that urgent issues are dealt with effectively. This will include proactively analysing and prioritising the inboxes, ensuring relevant communications are shared with the wider PSBP Leadership Team, delegating tasks as appropriate and drafting communications as required.
Managing busy diaries to help the leadership team members achieve their objectives. You will need to understand the priorities and the demands of their diaries. You will organize internal and external meetings, book rooms, refreshments and conference calls and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
