We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Project Manager- Facilities & Infrastructure

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects (HVAC, MEP, electrical, civil, landscaping), ensuring timely execution through coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Oversee procurement, conduct site inspections and quality audits, and manage project documentation. Maintain alignment with key stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

• In-depth knowledge of MEP/HVAC/structural systems

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

• 8–10 years’ experience, including 5+ years in UAE/GCC on large-scale projects

• Background in design-build and EPC projects

• Knowledge of local codes (Dubai Municipality, ADCD, etc.)
