We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Learning and Development Specialist

Role Overview

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you are responsible for developing and conducting training courses as well as facilitating training workshops based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning content (e-learning, presentations, workshops).

• Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.

• Facilitate training sessions using varied, interactive methodologies.

• Implement tools to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Organize and manage in-house and online training sessions.

• Prepare training materials aligned with industry trends and learning needs.

• Monitor and report on training activities and outcomes to management.

• Research and integrate innovative learning methods and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years in a similar training role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Skilled in LMS and modern training technologies.
• Team-oriented with adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
