We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• HR Specialist

Role Overview

HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions. You will collaborate with HR team to implement policies, manage employee relations, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department. This role requires a combination of strong HR knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to raising a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

• Support employee relations and conduct investigations when necessary.

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

• Help develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.

• Generate HR reports and analytics to aid decision-making.

• Support performance management: goal setting, appraisals, feedback.

• Prepare HR documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English; Hindi & Arabic a plus.
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
