We are hiring on behalf of our prestigious client—a corporate group led by a royal family in the Emirates, with diversified operations in hospitality, real estate development, and luxury retail. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Executive Chef

• Executive Pastry Chef

• Chef – Cold Kitchen

• Chef de Partie – Italian

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality, innovative cuisine. These roles require creative culinary skills, strong leadership, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, international kitchen environment. You’ll work with top-tier hospitality teams and deliver exquisite culinary experiences aligned with the luxury standards of the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards
• Supervise, train, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure smooth operation of kitchen functions, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
• Manage food storage, stock rotation, and quality control
• Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs on menus, events, and daily requirements
• Stay up to date with culinary trends, recipes, and preparation techniques
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and cost-effective kitchen environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry

• Food Safety Certification

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills

• Excellent culinary and presentation capabilities

• Flexibility to work shifts

• 20,000 – 25,000 AED monthly tax-free salary
