We are looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to support the founder of several small companies based in Warsaw. This is a diverse role, combining administrative, accounting, and operational responsibilities (approx. 85%) across multiple ventures, with additional executive support tasks (approx. 15%) such as travel coordination, translations, and calls.

You’ll collaborate closely with startup teams, IT specialists, accountants, and finance experts on an international level. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and motivated by entrepreneurship

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Work with external accountants → organize docs, track bookkeeping, support cash flow.

• Keep day-to-day admin and operations in check across a few companies.

• Draft simple contracts (partnerships, commercial deals).

• Streamline processes with smarter tools & automation.

• Support early-stage startup projects (events, testing, project management).

• Connect with banks and advisors on finance & investment topics.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Background in accounting, administration, or business ops.

• Fluent in Polish + English.

• Comfortable managing company basics (admin, finance, legal).

• Super organized + detail-focused.

• Tech-friendly (Google Workspace, Notion, AI tools).

✨ Bonus points if you:

• Speak French or German (B2+).

• Have startup experience or ran your own side hustle.

• Have some legal, finance, or accounting background.

• Flexible hours → you’ll work 7–8h/day, but when you start is up to you. Just be in the office between 10:00–15:00.
