We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Farm Manager

Role Overview

Farm Manager will oversee the operations of cattle farm. Will be responsible for the overall management of the farm, ensuring the health and well-being of the animals, and optimizing production efficiency. Key role will be maintaining high standards of herd management, pasture utilization, and overall farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations and activities on the farm.
• Supervise and ensure optimal health, breeding, and nutrition of the cattle herd.
• Design and manage vaccination schedules and disease control measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of animal health, breeding, and production metrics.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them meet performance targets.
• Develop and coordinate work schedules for farm staff.
• Enforce quality assurance procedures throughout all stages of milk production.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets for the cattle farm.
• Track spending, identify ways to reduce costs, and enhance farm profitability.
• Design and implement feeding programs tailored to the animals’ nutritional requirements.
• Oversee feed procurement, storage, and inventory management.
• Adjust feeding strategies based on seasonal needs and animal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years in a Farm Manager or equivalent leadership role.

• Strong command of English;

• Solid expertise in cattle nutrition, breeding, and health management.

• Experience with pasture management and rotational grazing methods.

• Excellent organizational and critical-thinking abilities.

• Physical stamina and willingness to work in outdoor environments.

• Proficient in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
