We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Project Manager- Construction

Role Overview

To manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to execution and final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects per client, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily site operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Develop budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site staff.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions for delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate documentation: reports, progress tracking, change orders, handovers.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
• 8–10+ years’ experience
• Proven delivery of medium to large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
• Experience in design & build, main contractor, or consultancy environments preferred
• Fluent Englis
• Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills
• Technical expertise in civil construction, MEP coordination, and fit-out
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and PM tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction laws, safety standards, and approval processes
