We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance
• Electrical Engineer – Maintenance

Role Overview

To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all electrical systems, equipment, and installations by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective actions in accordance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LV/MV electrical systems, control panels, motors, switchgear, and distribution boards.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults; implement effective solutions.

• Supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors for maintenance tasks.

• Monitor energy use and recommend savings initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards (DEWA/ADDC), and quality procedures.

• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and asset assessments.

• Assist in equipment upgrades, shutdowns, testing, commissioning, and inspections.

• Maintain technical documentation and service records.

• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 5–7 years in electrical maintenance, ideally in industrial/commercial settings.

• Certifications in HV/MV operations, PLCs, or energy management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, generators, UPS.

• Experience with CMMS and diagnostic tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with UAE electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

• Fluent English
