• Senior Recruitment Executive

Role Overview

The Senior Recruitment Executive will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to build positive
relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide candidate guidance.
• Support smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant recruitment tools.
