Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage with candidates across various platforms
Maintain and update our candidate database with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in building and improving remote hiring workflows
Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Fluent English – both written and spoken
Experience managing candidate or client databases (nice to have)
Remote work experience – proven ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field
Nice to Have (but not required):
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or resume screening
Previous experience in HR, admin, customer support, or coordination roles
